How to rename or delete [Lists]

I can see the data integrity of this not being a simple task but I have some test [Lists] that I would now like to delete or rename. It's not intuitive to me for how this is done.

Hi Chaastan, I have had this questions before... When you select the drop down list hover over the list you want to delete and you should see three dots on the far right... select delete or rename. Not intuitive if we get a lot of questions, but yes it would be an issue if it was easy to delete...
