How to Share a Plan

Ok, so I now how to share a plan, but I'm wondering how I share a plan to someone who has a license of zzTakeoff and allow him to do takeoffs on the plan that I shared. Would I need let him use one of my licenses by granting permission, or is there a better work around.

Hope that makes sense.

Hi Perri, You can invite him or her to share the project on the top right portion of your screen. and send them an invite. You will have to make them a takeoff level, which you can change later if you need the license for someone else. I have been invited to share with a few companies to help build or perform takeoffs. It's a real nice option that zz has. Let me know if you need a video on this in the community
