Importing Measurement Type

Is there a way to cut on the Measurement Type System Property with the import templates feature? On this Assembly, I would like to be able to use the Sloped Linear, but I am using most if not all of the Measure Types.

There should be a way to designate an Item as a child on the import page to prevent this.

On this Rake Assembly, I would like to be able to use the Sloped Linear in the Measurement Type System Property .

Finally, if its not to much, I would also like, a way to turn on Text with Tags function.... at least in the Name, Description, Usage blocks from the Batch Import Templates/Items.
