Can I turn a legend on en mass after I finish my estimations.

I find the legend adds too much culture during the estimation process, but I like having it turned on when I win a job and need to give the drawings to PMs or our installers.

Everyone I have given 'view only' access to, should be able to see, exactly what I did or didn't do on a project and turning on the legend to show units and measurements on the drawings is a great way to do that.

I get it, go to reports shows everything quoted, but it doesn't show where the material went and I'd be expecting users to toggle back and forth between reports and takeoffs. Most users will be on their phones in the field.

I need a simple way for anyone with zz access, to be able to turn the legend on and off en mass, per page and to turn individual item colourings on and off.
