I'm new to zz and trying to figure how to get Lineal footage total from each beam material. I did a search here but seems noone asked this before. Basically, just getting the measurement on each section (beam length*qty)

Okay I figured it out a workaround by adding a global property to materials.

Regarding why the default Linear column is not visible in item reports. Right now “Advanced Item Reports” are a takeoff section/item combination, which means for each item, a takeoff section is duplicated, and we didn’t want users accidentally double counting the linear (or other measurements) if they had two or more items per takeoff, and the linear distance showed up twice in the report.
