Listing plan REVISIONs along side older pages, but with different icon or color in the Page List

I see you have Revisions like for when new plans come or Addendums come, but how do I know at a glance and my pages which page is new or old? I did pull in the new set of random pages that were update by architect and engineer as REVISION 1 when I imported the pages. However, I am a little concerned about sorting them as the page names look just like the old plan that has all my digitizing etc.
