Organize custom reports by usage and by the order displayed at the takeoff/assembly level

Hello,


As I am building reports, I wanted to see if I am doing it correctly or maybe something to look into, but I try to do a custom report where after the takeoff, my estimate is to be organized by usage (aka phase codes in my case) from there it is organized by cost type. I was wondering if we would have the freedom to organize how we wish or maybe add another option to choose where after usage we can organize by labor, material, equipment, sub. If not I can get with what we have it will just take adjusting to. I did notice you can click cost type and it does have rotate, but I can never get it to land on Labor, first.
