Phantom Item in My custom pull down list

Seems that there is an item in my custom property that shows up on my takeoff but its not in my custom setting:

Hey Jeffery, that option is showing up because you have the “Allow typing custom values that are not in the list of options” checked, and in one of your takeoffs in that project, you selected “EMT Strobe” (any custom option you have in the current project will be listed in the dropdown).
