Preset Note Template On Every Page of Every Job

Hi, you have the ability to set a preset for all your notes by opening properties on a note you like and in the top right of the dialog click the gear (hover it to show the gear) and clicking Save As Default Note.

Perfect!

I have done that but it does not default to what I saved at all. It is like starting a new note every time. Even creating preset notes does nothing

I appreciate the video, and was able to perform the function as you have demonstrated even before posting my question. I should have been more specific. My guys are looking to have preset notes with Text...not just preselect color, font, etc. They have the same few lengthy notes they have to manually type on each page and it would be great if we can standardize that in a dropdown option.

I was able to use the default and the preset functions easily enough,,,but no way to save text notes without creating a Template job as a workaround or a notes page for them to copy and paste.
