Recent Snap to Line/pdf/Point Issues, difficult to do simple takeoffs

Noticed this over the past couple of weeks, the program is snapping to wherever it feels like, then when you turn snap and pdf snap off, it still tries to grab random points, despite you trying to draw a simple line to a point where you want it to go (using the shift key). My other estimator is having this issue as well. Its recent and annoying to the point where it is slowing us down considerably trying to do basic takeoffs. It happens with and without the snap options turned on. Also when doing large plan areas with multiple square foot takeoffs, the program starts to lag and the snap to line/pdf gets super buggy and develops a mind of its own and tries to go to random points on the drawing that don't make sense, trying to force anything but a straight line. Its reached the point of us having to jump back to using Planswift to avoid this annoyance/time waster.

Anyone else having these issues?
