Remove "Materials & Labor" from Takeoff Conditions

Hey Ben, currently, you can't remove Materials & Labor, but you can collapse the grouping to take up less space.

In a future update, we are planning to allow users to customize the properties pop-up to show/hide/re-arrange the properties that they need or don't need.
