shaded area on takeoff

is there a way to change the slight gray highlight bar on the takeoff totals? When an item is highlighted there is a faint gray shade that highlights the item. My old eyes dont see this very well. SO maybe a different shade (yellow etc.) or darken the gray so it is not so opaque?
