Share or Copy-Share a plan with other ZZ subscriber business? Would there be any value or risk in this?

So, there may be a GC or a different business that has ZZ and they would like to share the plan files with us, but they may not want to share the digitizers, etc.

Also, if they share a plan with all the plan files, it would be nice to have it in a different "folder" like "shared with me" folder when we go to open a job.

Also, would that shared folder or plan appear for others in my office. Like, could that other ZZ subscriber company share a few of their plans with our company (or whole team of estimators)?

Maybe something that the GC uploads the plans once, the subcontractors (and GC) have their own private digitizers on those plans, or easily takes a copy of those plans at the server level.
