Sharing Projects not working

Hi, can you share the details of what does happen on their end? Did they accept the invite in their email? Does it open the webpage? Can they see the Takeoff sidebar?

He received an email, asked him to sign up/ log in. He signed up, but had no projects available. Just like a new account. On my end it shows shared with him.

Can you have them click the top left logo, and switch workspace to the one you are on at the bottom of the menu?

I got it working, but it expired mid session? how long does the invite last?

for context i'm an external estimator with multiple clients, my intention is to share the project with them and we can walk through the project together and make changes in real time before exporting for the quote submission phase. this will save rework and minor changes after the fact.

Hey Thomas, once you invite a user to your project and they accept, they have access until you remove them. What could be happening is that the user clicked the invite link, and since the user already accepted the invite, the invite will show as expired. If the user goes to https://www.zztakeoff.com/app it should take them to the last project they had open, and if your project was not the last project, they can go through the open project menu, choose your workspace, and then open the project you invited them to.

I'll mention this to the team to see if we can make the links smarter, so that they go to the project if the invite has been accepted.
