What is the max allowable storage on your cloud? Is there a record retention period for a certain time period? Can the takeoffs be extracted and saved locally before being wiped from your server?

For now we have not defined any space limits. If/when we do, we will give opportunity for users to backup if they are exceeding them. We have no plans to delete data except after plenty of prior warning with no response (maybe abandoned workspaces where users haven't logged in for a long time, etc. The user would get plenty of warning in this case.)
