what is the best way to Duplicate or multiply a takeoff? like if we know theres 4 buildings whats the best way to multiply those takeoffs by 4. instead of copy and pasting 4 times.

Hi, you can convert the Takeoff to an item and then add:

* 4

to the end of the formula. That's an easy way to do it one off.

How do you do this without a formula. The key to a good set up is you never touch the formula while working. Everything is preset. Where is the easy button for this option?

while thinking then i created a custom filed thats named Mulitple Buildings/Takeoffs and made it required. it took a minute to go edit the item formulas but it seems to be the best option for now
