Looking for best practices for creating and tracking various scenarios. As example:
Here is the whole job taken off.
Here is the job if we don't do any work in the corridors.
I am thinking I will simply duplicate the entire project, rename it "no work in corridors", and revise the takeoff as needed.

This might be easier by using the layers feature. You can copy your takeoffs and paste on a new layer. Right now that takes a little extra work but it keeps the job all together. I think if zzTakeoff added a copy to function, if it does not exist, and be able to select the layer.
