Template Lists - What is the use case?

Hey David, the template lists are meant for high-volume template lists (think 10s or 100s of thousands of templates). We only send down the templates that the user is viewing, which makes loading/using the templates much faster than if we had to send down all templates at once. The downside of this approach is that you can't use folders, but if you're already using WBS breakdowns, you won't notice a difference.
