Transfer between Workspaces

Good Morning, I have seen the previous posts about the 3 dots and transferring between workspaces however, I do not have the option to transfer the project even though i have (2) workspaces. I was wondering if there was a step I was missing?

As a side note, in order to move workspaces from one WS to another, you need to be the owner or administrator.
