Two Measurement Quantities in an Item Report

Looking for assistance with creating a standard report template for our estimating team.

We're trying to build a report that has two different measured quantities, as well as an item quantity for each takeoff line item. Specifically, we're looking for lineal feet, cubic yards and # of sticks of rebar for footings and poured walls. We have our template line items built for this, but are struggling to show all of the info in reports.

There seem to be two different routes to go for reports. The takeoff reports show both measured quantities (LF and CY) but not items (# sticks of rebar). The item reports show the item quantities (# sticks of rebar) and one of the measurements (CY) but we can't add a column to show the LF measurement.

Not sure if I'm making sense or not. Just trying to gather all of this info into one standard report if possible.
