Unable to Drag & Drop Pages

Hello,

I'm not sure if this was my doing or not, but I am no longer able to drag and drop pages into folders, as well as drag and drop pages into bookmarks. Did I fat finger something in settings? Please let me know how I can fix this issue. Thanks!
