Update costs and price on items quickly

Most lumber yards maintain costs and price per client level in their ERP systems that can export this info to excel or csv.
Is there a way to update costs, margins or prices on items quickly?
Is there a way to use different pricing levels per client?

Good input. We don't have this yet, but we will have a way to quickly replace prices on Items in the future.
