zzTakeoff Pilot Success Criteria - Feedback wanted thx

We will be doing a pilot in one of our regions. Here is my first pass at pilot success criteria to see if we can keep scaling. Any feedback appreciated, additions or deletions please. Think like a executive!

1. One Shared Project File per Project (No File Passing)

All pilot work for three projects is completed using one shared project file per project — no emailing files, no Bluebeam-exported sheets, and no versioning (V1 / V2 / final-final).

2. Full Drawing Setup Inside ZZTakeoff (No Bluebeam Needed)

Drawings for all pilot projects are uploaded, named, scaled, and organized entirely inside ZZTakeoff, with zero Bluebeam pre-processing required.

3. Real-Time Collaboration Across U.S. + Other Countries

Each project demonstrates successful simultaneous collaboration between U.S. and Other Countries

• No file locks
• No duplicate work
• Minimal lag

4. User Satisfaction / Adoption

At least 80% of pilot users indicate they would choose ZZTakeoff again over OST on their next project.
