New Feature- Re-Spread Stockpile and some detail explanations of how the earthwork plugin calculates.

In v1.07 I recently updated the earthwork plugin to calculate re-spreading of the stockpiled stripped materials. There is a new Takeoff tool in the tool chest as well as a re-spread template to paste in to your takeoffs.
