Thank you for all the feedback and support. We just released another update with additional useful features based on feedback from our community.

Bookmarks
Now you can easily jump to important locations on your plans. Pan & zoom to any location on the page, and you can bookmark it. Also, using "B" hotkey you can quickly popup and search your list of bookmarks or create a new one. I think you'll really like this for improving speed in navigating your plans.
PDF Text Search
If the original PDF you uploaded has text data in it, you can now search that text easily from within zzTakeoff. You can press CTRL + F, or use the search button in the header.
Note: this feature will search text which is in the original uploaded PDF.
Scaled Line Widths
For "Linear" or "Segment" takeoffs, you can check the "Scaled" checkbox to show the actual line widths on the plans. You can choose "Side of Line" for Center, Left, or Right.
Undocking
Ready to utilize more monitors? Now you can undock your takeoffs/templates sidebar and the tabs will "talk" to each other to stay in sync. If you start a takeoff from the undocked tab, it will communicate to the main tab to start the takeoff.
Sidebars - Option for Search Always Visible
Some users have requested the ability to force the search box to always be visible. This is a great speed improvement if you search your sidebars a lot. This applies to Pages, Bookmarks, Takeoffs, Templates, & Lists.
Legend / Multiple Quantities / Renders Properly on Mobile
For legends, now you can add up to 3 measurements visible on the page.
Arc Nodes - Diamond Shape
Just an improved visual indicator that a specific point is an "arc" control point.
Improved Mouse Cursor / Crosshairs
The updated cursor is more visible. The dot in the center, and the horizontal/vertical lines invert the colors beneath them for more visibility.
Copy/Paste Between Tabs
Now you can copy templates, takeoffs, etc. between tabs. Behind the scenes, we've been working on various updates that allows multiple browser tabs to "talk" to each other. This will unlock a lot of possibilities for the future.
Browser Back/Forward Button Improvements
If you are navigating to bookmarks, or forward/back between pages, zzTakeoff will now remember the pan/zoom location and take you right to that spot.
New Hotkeys
- CTRL + O - Open Project
- CTRL + F - Search PDF Text
- B - Bookmarks
- P - Pages
Misc
- Count takeoffs measurement type now supports "Count with Diameter & Wall Height" and "Count with Length, Width, & Wall Height"
- Opening "Community" tab in zzTakeoff will take you directly to "Q & A" channel, instead of "Welcome" if you've already visited the community
- Advanced formulas can now support "&&" for "and" and "||" for "or"
- Updated hotkey list when you click the "Help" icon in the upper right

The search feature is the real deal. Only thing it needs to be prefect is the ability to add a markup to the results. Like maybe a check box next to the results and a single button press for "highlight all checked" or a drop down menu that include that and whatever else someone else could need to do in bulk.
either that this is a big time saver for me already.
Yes John's enhancement request to text search would be nice.
Additionally, I would like the option to make search more selective to find exact matches, for instances when I only want to find a single character so that I don't get dozens of other irrelevant partial matches on the page
