I built a Comments tab that pulls every annotation on a project into one grid.

• Group by Annotation Type, Comment Type
• Filter by layer in one click
• Double click Text or Notes to edit, and it saves right to the markup
• Drag the corner handle to fill down like Excel
• Double click a row to jump to the page and switch to its layer
• Export to a formatted Excel file

No more hunting sheet by sheet for notes and callouts. 2 out of 2 people I showed had epic ideas and loved it, going to takeoff I bet!
