how did you do that looking to do something very similar

@Sergio It looks like he used a linear, then added a child item that has a percent value selector then added items under that that use the percent to multiply by the takeoff amount and calculate the items under the percent item.

Similar to my roofing ones

I draw the line on the Roof plan for the location of that detail.

Then in the detail drawings i measure the flashings etc and it all combines nicely

I Just don't like how the report represent it though, still trying to figure that one out
