I tried to print multiple pages. I selected Adobe Print to PDF, Arch E1 size, and named the file. When you open the pdf, it's completely blank.
I tried Microsoft print to pdf, Architecture E1 size. It actually printed, but the pdf only printed portrait, and the resolution was so boxy I couldn't read the labels on the sheet.
Frustrating.
Hey John, sorry for the frustration caused! Which browser are you using to print, and which print option did you choose (Print Current Page, Current View, or Multiple Pages)? Our recommended browser is Google Chrome.
I tried Adobe Print to PDF on Chrome and was not able to replicate this issue.
Thanks, John. Could you reach out via our website support chat (or email support@zztakeoff.com) so we can get a video of this issue happening, so our developers can replicate/fix this issue?
I don't know why, but my Adobe Print to PDF won't print out the plan pages at 1200 dpi Arch E1 size. I could get it to Save to PDF size A0, which has higher resolution, but the Adobe PDF printer wouldn't do it. It worked when I lowered the dpi setting to 600 using the dialogue box.
