Unable to drag folder of plans

Had to drag PDF's into the window. Couldn't do the folder or parent folders.

I've encountered this bug as well. I figured it was a problem with my folder structure or something.

For me: Win11Pro 24H2 (OS Build 26100.6584) and Edge Version 140.0.3485.66 (Official build) (64-bit). Also not working on Chrome Version 140.0.7339.186 (Official Build) (64-bit)
