If you're doing the same line items over and over, you can create a template with empty folders and just copy/paste all of the folders in at the beginning.

I will say that there's some exciting work happening right now between ZZ and BidBow. There is already an integration that allows you to use the CSV feature to export/import. I hear they're working...
