Tips for Efficient Copying

  • Use Layers Wisely: Ensure your takeoffs are on the correct layer to avoid clutter or accidental edits.
  • Copy Assemblies: When copying assemblies, all associated components and presets are included, maintaining accuracy.
  • Batch Copy: You can copy multiple takeoffs at once if they are grouped together.

By following these steps, you can maintain consistency across your project while saving time on repetitive takeoffs.
