Adjust Segments with Other Segments (and measurements between segments)

Just had a call with Darin to discuss the software and get more information as I try it out. I asked about some features of OST to see if there was a way to do them in zz, and he asked me to do a screen recording and post the request, so here it is!

Feature 1:

In OST, linear conditions have a "grab" stat that can be toggled on and off. That "grab" lets a linear condition adjust the length of a group of other perpendicular conditions.

Feature 2:

When a linear condition is selected, a measurement will be shown between it and the next closest parallel segment. This changes as you move the item.

I am just now realizing that both of these features piggy-back off of another feature request from a little bit ago about being able to move linear conditions (and parts of area conditions) by a side vs. by a point. I hope any of this makes sense!
