Hide/Show takeoff updates

Two things for usability...

1. as of now if I hide a takeoff via the folder level I cannot show it at the takeoff level.

2. if a takeoff is hidden I can't click the takeoff icon to start more measurements.

It seems more intuitive for me if no matter where the takeoff was originally hidden, if I click to show it, it should show. An example would be if I hide a folder with 4 takeoffs inside. If I click the eye next ot take off #2, the software should keep the other three hidden and show only #2. Today is tells me its hidden at the folder level and to change that.

If a takeoff is hidden and I click the icon next to it for more measurements, it should automatically unhide the takeoff and be ready to measure. Today it tells me I can't measure because its hidden. Small thing but its extra clicks and not how I'd expect it to work.
