Highlighter Opacity/Overlay

Same file. Above is my previous software, below is zzto.

Curious about:

1. Can zzto make the document as sharp as the software above? zzto version below seems blurry to me. (Yes, this is a scanned document. Yes, that is in Hi-res is on);

2. Can zzto make the highligther tool the same as the example above where it actually highlights and not overlay a layer with opacity?
