Importing Assemblies from Excel with Parent/Child relationships pre-defined.

Can we get the option to apply a parent/child relationship on importing items? Here's a sample screenshot of a Count breakdown that ideally would be an assembly upon import. This would allow me to set up all my formulas and templates on a spreadsheet as a "master" for my information or if I'm pulling this information from a different system that had a WBS defined.

I have the same concern is I want to go ahead and build all this stuff. However I'm hesitant because I'm not sure what's going to happen. Especially if I attach products to those as I'm building it. Don't get me wrong. I really like what's going on but we need to get to a point where we know how to build from Excel.
