Linear with Dimension Restraints for "Odd" angles

Hello,

Would it possible to add a feature to start the linear line feature, move in the desired direction, type in the desired linear length (which would constrain or lock the distance) and then move that particular point to the desired location? Use case: for users that bid civil drawings that have "odd" angles on the drawing sheets.
