Moving takeoff out of folder

Is there a way to remove takeoffs from a nested folder? Currently they are in a sub-folder and I dont want them in a subfolder.

If you move them above the folder they are nested in, they will remove and go above it. Click and drag.

Go into the view and put it on default view. that may fix it for you.
