Option to remove to grouping outline in Excel export

Would it be possible to have a checkmark to not have excel show grouping Outline?

I know ZZ has an option to not export group rows which does remove the grouping within excel however, I'm looking to get it to look like below straight from ZZ.

I know it's a feature within Excel to clear outline, just wondering if it could be sent to Excel without the outline.

I like the grouping, so for me, a checkbox to say yes or no would be ideal.

I like the grouping as well just not in Excel. I'm looking for Grouping without the Excel Outline.
