"Takeoff items" part of extract schedule

It would be awesome to be able to extract a schedule and pick a product from a list to apply to the takeoff so it is completely ready to go with pricing and product details.

It would also be awesome if we have a Manual Takeoff so you can enter the Qty, as often the quantity is shown in these Tables
