I'm not sure if this is a feature already, but can there be admin rights applied to templates? I would not want a user to change the templates and would want them basically as read only to a takeoff user

Also instead of moving the templates to the job, as your creating the job can there be an option to select the template to use?

Hey Jeffery, this is not a feature yet, but it is highly requested & is a planned feature.

Regarding moving the templates to the job/project, could you explain your intended workflow a bit more? Right now, you don't need to copy/paste all your templates into takeoffs to use them. You can simply click and go from templates, only using the ones you need.

I want them all there, as a standard my templates are organized in folders, that how I keep track of my systems and any breakouts needed, so I’m not just select a specific takeoff item it would be the folder and takeoff item, so selecting from the takeoff alone does not help me, so what I do is just copy the entire template for each job. If it had an option to do this automatically within the job setup, or if I can create a job with the templates loaded? But it does not look like you can copy a job
