Total Quanities On Pages and Miscellaneous

- Can we get the total quantities on the plan pages per item?
- Be able to insert a point anywhere that is needed instead of at the starting point during a takeoff?
- Is there a way to just see totals without going to CSV file to print?
- Save all traces for future takeoffs by category.
