Hey Steven, left-click with your mouse on the Cover Sheet 2 drawing, hold the left mouse button, and drag it up above the Cover Sheet 0. That will put it on top where you want it.

@ Steven, you can use the linear with width option under the linear function. It will also give you the option to offset or use from the center. I hope this helps.
