I've been using the chat feature and noticed to use anything within the software; you need to minimize it and open back up to continue the chat. Could you add an option that would allow the chat to undock and always stay open in the undocked state? Thank you.
Hi, thanks for the feature request, I have shared it with the dev team. For now you can open a new window and have the zztakeoff chat in just that window (I use a different browser for the chat).
Different browser as in one on Edge and the other on Chrome? I noticed if I use Edge for both windows, if I open chat on one it opens on the other.
Yes, I use separate browsers to stop this feature, it even works if you use an incognito window for chat and a regular window for your takeoffs.
I assume that this is the support chat, and not some other sweet project chat box correct?
