Assign value to cutout

Can there be an option to assign a takeoff to a cutout when you make the cutout? For example, I take off a large area of LVT, then I need to go back and cut out areas of tile for the bathroom floors. As I create the cutout, could there be an option assign the cutout to tile?
This would of course only apply to a schematic design takeoff, without consideration for wall thickness.

Hi Greg. Thanks for posting. In the next update, we have a new feature for "Duplicate As". You will be able to right-click on the cutout and duplicate it as a new area, or from a template. I believe this will solve what you're after.
