Item Template Properties Window Size

You should be able to adjust the height and when you reopen the properties window, it should default to what you adjust it to.

Yes, but there is a limit to how high I can manually resize it.

Would this be a place where collapsible section headers would work to organize or is one group of properties enough to fill vertical screen height?

Thanks for the info here. Looks like properties for takeoffs allows the popup to be max 95% height of the page, and somehow we had the item templates at 80%. We will fix the item template popup to 95% also.
