Level a drawing

Is there a way to level a drawing that is slightly skewed?

Another good feature related to this would be the option to align the drawings by selecting points on the drawing and it would rotate and scale based on these points. We often get stuff sent to us where only 1 page may have a scale and need to try to align the other pages to that one.
