New Dimension tool request

Description:

Sometimes users have the need to determine the distance from a given point as a radius. As an example, I often need to determine what lies in a 300' radius of the blasting to be performed on a project. Or, if I'm doing some light budgeting work and need to place a fire hydrant within 400 feet of all structures on a property. Having the ability to calculate a dimension as a radius with that circle displayed on my takeoff would be a fantastic add.

UX:

Ideally, this could live underneath the New Dimension as an option. Clicking the dropdown functions the same as the current New dimension window and dropdown chooser but the option for "Radius" or "Radius from a point" would be added. Upon selecting the radius option, the options to show or hide the circle and circle color would appear as checkboxes.
