I noticed today that when sharing the project with a link the people you invite can see your Chat support history, is it supposed to work that way?
My suggestion would be to have the Sign up for ZZTakeoff popup appear when a guest clicks on the Blue Chat Support button or, remove it completely on shared views by link (if possible).

Another thing that would be nice is the ability to delete the link and create a new one.
Hey Shawn. Your chat support history should not be shared across users. Your chat history is not linked to your workspace, but rather to your user, and you don't need to be signed in to chat with support. In this case, were you signed out and you saw your chat history with us, or did another user on a different computer see your chat history?
Regarding the shareable links. Currently, the sharable url goes directly to your project in zzTakeoff and is not dynamically generated. Once we start introducing the ability to create links with permissions attached, that's when we will add the ability to delete & regenerate new urls.
I'm on my PC but on a different browser but not logged in. If I open it on my phone, i can see it there. Maybe the browsers keep me logged in on the chat side?
that must be it. all my devices are linked. If i open chat with my phone, it opens on my desktop as well. even though I'm not signed in on my phone.
Yeah, as far as I know, if you logged in once, the chat system saves your chat "session" (even if you have logged out of zzTakeoff). I think the exception to this is if you log in with another user, then it should switch the chat to the new user.
Thank you.
