IFC Files / 3D / BIM

I'm curious how often you guys are receiving IFC files for the projects you're working on? (3D model)

At some point down the road we will be adding this as an option to view and takeoff from IFC files. I'm just curious how often you are receiving them today. I hear they are a lot more common in Europe currently than in the USA.

We aren't receiving them, but I've asked Architects if they can provide them for us and some have.

Very rarely - at best we get access to their revit model but any conversion to ifc would be done on our end.
