Is there a way to flip a note so its rotated 90 degrees or a specific degree

Is it possible to flip this text so its parallel to this beam. I tried the rotate left but it just stacked the text like a totem pole.

love the snapping but it would be nice to have perpendicular snapping to ensure when drawing one line to another they are squared up.
